I focused entirely on rendering Ty on the second day, about 4hours. The colour-mixing was done either impasto or premixing on the palette, 50/50. I'm really wanting this area of the 36''x36'' panel to be excruciatingly tight.
Day 3, well it's Canada Day so I'm overcome with wanting to do other stuff so I painted the shirt and hand and now for a beer.
